As a industry association, ACDN’s single aim is to support the people who work in aged care. We do this by not only supporting the actual people in aged care, but by supporting their employers as well. So we have designed an ecosystem of services and resources to assist you to better support your people.
We understand that when your focus is on the well being of the resident,sometimes there is little time left over to focus on the well being of the care giver. So ACDN provides services to help you engage your staff; empowering them with knowledge; and building a positive team culture whilst lowering risk around Standard 1.6.

ACDN sees itself in a partnership with its Facility and Group Members. Our role is to think outside the square establishing new methods that improve the sector; but we need to work with you to implement new methods and bring sustainability to the sector.
